Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or for custom orders. Once the product is shipped, the mail carrier is responsible for delivering your package in a timely matter. Keep in mind that USPS Priority mail delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your location. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times will vary.
We currently offer international shipping to Canada and Australia via our Etsy shop, flourishingfibersco.etsy.com. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.
While we take great care in packaging your order, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please keep an eye on our website and social media for announcements. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.
Yes, we can typically ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS.
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier (e.g., due to an incorrect address), it will usually be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping fee.
U.S.P.S. does not consider domestic packages lost until 15 business days have passed. All lost packages marked as "delivered" or "attempted delivery" cannot be refunded. Notify us within 30 days of the original ship date to open an investigation.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your physical goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Yes, if your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital goods are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital patterns once the order has been processed and the files have been made available for download.
If you received a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund.
We are happy to offer exchanges for physical goods within the specified return timeframe, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your exchange request. The exchange may incur an additional shipping fee.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Clearance and final sale items may not be eligible for return.

Newsletter Free Patterns
Thank you for your interest in our past free offerings! We occasionally release limited-time free patterns as a special thank you to our newsletter subscribers. While some of those specific designs may no longer be available as free downloads, we encourage you to explore our current collection of unique and inspiring digital patterns available for purchase in our shop. We are always creating new designs, so there's always something fresh to discover!
We appreciate you joining the Flourishing Fibers community! While we have offered free patterns to newsletter subscribers in the past, our current focus allows us to consistently create and offer a wider variety of high-quality digital patterns in our online shop. Subscribing to our newsletter will still keep you informed about new releases, special promotions, and valuable tips and tricks to enhance your paper embroidery journey!
From time to time, we retire older free patterns to make room for new and exciting designs in our shop. If you're looking for a specific design you may have seen previously offered for free, we recommend checking our current digital pattern collection. You might find something new that you love just as much!

Thank you for your interest in commissioning a custom piece! At this time, Flourishing Fibers is not taking on custom orders for finished art. However, I do occasionally create unique, one-of-a-kind paper embroidery pieces that will be available for purchase. Announcements about these releases will be shared with our newsletter subscribers and on our Instagram page, so be sure to follow along to stay updated!
Thank you for your interest in wholesale opportunities! At this time, Flourishing Fibers does not offer wholesale pricing. However, we appreciate your inquiry and may consider wholesale options in the future. Please feel free to reach out if you have a specific bulk order request, and we can assess it on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to sell the physical paper and wood embroidery pieces that you personally create using Flourishing Fibers patterns and paper goods. However, please note that you are strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, or distributing the digital pattern files or pre-printed paper goods themselves in any way.
Creating an account with Flourishing Fibers is easy! You can click on the account icon located in the top right corner of the website navigation. Alternatively, you'll find an 'Account Log In' link in the website footer. On the account page, simply enter your email address and follow the prompts to register, creating your secure password. You can also create an account during the checkout process when you make your first purchase.
Thank you for your interest in visiting us in person! Flourishing Fibers is currently an online-only business and operates from our home studio in Inglewood, California. To respect our privacy and maintain efficient order processing, we do not offer local pick-up options.
