Physical Product Return & Exchange Policy

If our Physical Products did not meet your needs and you have followed the conditions in this section, we are willing to offer a 14-day return policy. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You can request a refund or credit by emailing sara@flourishingfibers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Refunds are issued at the sales price minus any shipping and handling fees. 

If you prefer to exchange the Physical Products you ordered for other products on the Website, you may request an exchange by emailing sara@flourishingfibers.com. If approved, we must receive the Products, shipped at your expense, prior to issuing any exchange.

Digital Goods Return Policy 

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase. After you agree to these Terms, we do not allow for returns or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, no modifications to your purchase will be granted once your purchase is made. Thank you for understanding.
