SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphic, and it's a vector-based file. Vector files are not pixel-based, allowing them to be scaled up or down without losing quality.
SVG files are versatile and can be opened and edited in various vector graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape (free), CorelDRAW, Affinity Designer, and Vectr (online, free). They are also commonly compatible with software used to operate machines like laser engravers and cutters (e.g., Glowforge), and cutting machines such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition or higher), Brother CanvasWorkspace, and Sizzix eClips. Please consult your specific software or machine's documentation for details on supported file types and import instructions.
Our SVG files are provided for users who have a working understanding of vector graphics and their associated software. While we ensure our SVG files are correctly formatted, we are unable to provide technical support or instructions on how to use them with specific laser or cutting machines. Please refer to your machine's manual or software tutorials for guidance on importing and manipulating SVG files.
SVG files do NOT include embroidery pattern designs or instructions.
Each Flourishing Fibers SVG file package includes:

High-Resolution PNG File: A raster image file (with a transparent background where applicable) for previewing or printing.
Cutting and Assembly Instructions: If the design requires specific cutting or assembly steps, these will be included in a separate PDF or as part of the PNG file.

Our SVG files are designed for standard U.S. Letter size paper (8.5 x 11 inches). All measurements within the instructions are provided in imperial units (inches).
